Industry-leading Engineering Firms TSE & ACI Team Up to Form Consulting Group

Transit Systems Engineering, Inc. (TSE) has announced that it has acquired Armand Consulting Inc. (ACI), forming a Group to better meet the nation’s growing needs of transit infrastructure upgrades and expansions. The TSE-ACE teams will do business as "Envolution."

Envolution offers world-class transit engineering solutions and talent in a broad range of areas, including rail and bus systems engineering, design, integration, systems certification, operations, maintenance, and project and program management. TSE's CEO, Simon Kim, will serve as CEO of Envolution, while ACI's CEO, Mahvash Armand, will serve as Transit Systems Solution Leader.
